What we collect when you call, what we do with it, and what this site does and does not do in your browser. Last updated 16 September 2026.

The short version

  • This website has no contact forms, no newsletter, no login and no shopping cart. There is nothing on it to fill in.
  • We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
  • What we hold is what you tell us on the phone, and we pass the necessary parts of it to the contractor we refer you to.

What we collect

When you call

To make a referral we need your name, the phone number we can reach you on, the service address or at least the town, and a description of the problem. That is the whole of it. We do not ask for payment details, because we do not take payment for the work.

Your telephone network passes your number to us as part of placing the call. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training; if that is happening you will be told at the start of the call, and you may ask for it not to be.

When you visit this website

Nothing is collected by us. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no social widget and no cookie set by this site. The only third party your browser contacts is Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces used here and which receives your IP address as an unavoidable part of serving a file.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps short-lived server logs — IP address, time, page requested, user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Those logs are Cloudflare's, held under their terms, not ours to mine.

Why we hold it, and for how long

The only purpose is making and completing the referral: matching you to a contractor who covers your address and handles your problem, and being able to follow up if something goes wrong. We keep call records for as long as is reasonably necessary for that purpose and for resolving any complaint that follows.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

The contractor we refer you to, and only what they need in order to reach you and do the work: your name, phone number, address and the description of the problem. Once they contact you, they are an independent business handling your information under their own privacy practices, not ours. If you would like to know theirs, ask them.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and residents of other states may have comparable rights. Ask on the phone line and say plainly that it is a privacy request.

You can decline to give any of it, though a referral is not possible without a way to reach you and an address to send someone to.

Children

This is a service for property owners and occupiers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes — a new category of data, a new recipient, a new purpose — will be described here rather than absorbed quietly.

Contact

Privacy questions and requests: call (833) 621-2904. The line is answered 24 hours a day, and a privacy request will be passed to whoever handles them.
